We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Guam, U.S. PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address. Standard Canada shipping will arrive in 10-18 business days. Expedited Canada shipping will arrive in 2-5 business days. Standard United Kingdom shipping will arrive in 10-15 business days. Standard Australia shipping will arrive in 10-15 business days. Please note: If you order custom items , your order may take up to two additional weeks!

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Please note that we do not accept returns on Before They Go items, custom-made products, final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Once your items are returned, you will receive notification of your refund or new order. Returns under our guarantee must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them and made within 30 days from purchase. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. All Before They Go items items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged, unless the product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law as set out below.
